(1) The organization shall keep a separate account of work related to financial mediation and shall prepare the balance sheet of each financial year and have it audited by an accredited auditor appointed by the general assembly of the organization within six months of the end of that financial year. (2) Subsection When appointing an auditor as per (1), the same person or firm shall not be appointed more than three times in a row. (3) The auditor's remuneration shall be as determined by the general meeting of the organization. (4) The bank may examine or verify the account books of the organization at any time if it wishes.
